While President of the Investment Services Group of Transwestern Commercial Services, L.L.C., Mr. Clark helped The Alter Group explore various options to re-capitalize the firm's Chicago-area office and industrial portfolio. Ultimately, Mr. Clark managed the disposition of 30 buildings comprising over one million square feet.
Mr. Clark has significant experience in investment banking and capital markets. Mr. Clark also has extensive relationships with institutional investors, opportunity funds, REITs, developers, lenders, real estate service companies and transaction professionals. He has completed $2 billion of investment transactions, managed $1 billion worth of assets and portfolio properties, and provided leadership in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions.
